Section 1

Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and the entity that operates the faa99 platform and all its services ("Services"). By accessing the faa99 website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you agree to the full content of these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the faa99 platform. faa99 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the website.

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To use the faa99 platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.

• You are playing on your own behalf, with your own funds, and not on behalf of any third party.

Account Registration & Management

When opening an account with faa99, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If false or incorrect information is provided, faa99 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close your account.

2.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the faa99 support team immediately.

You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account. Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure a safe and fair environment, faa99 may request documents to verify your identity at any time. These may include:

• Proof of current address (no older than three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

faa99 may hold withdrawals until the KYC process is completed. This condition applies for the protection of the user.

2.3 Account Closure

faa99 may close your account or confiscate funds for the following reasons:

• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Collusion against other users.
• Any material breach of these Terms.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

faa99 supports transactions through the most widely used mobile banking and banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on faa99 are currently available through the following methods:

• Upay
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks)

3.2 Minimum Amount

The minimum amount for both deposits and withdrawals is ৳500. Transactions below this amount will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, this time may be longer in cases involving KYC verification or other security reviews.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• The relevant wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• While a withdrawal request is pending, new withdrawal requests may be restricted.

Bonuses & Promotions

faa99 offers various bonus offers for registered members. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read carefully before acceptance.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The faa99 welcome bonus is 200% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. A deposit of ৳22,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, for a total of ৳42,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x — calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer may only be claimed once — per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• If bonus abuse is found, faa99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
• faa99 may change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Section 5

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on the faa99 platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to ensure the impartiality of results.

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on faa99:

• Using software, bots, or automated methods to play games.
• Colluding with other players.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other fraudulent methods.

5.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is voided due to a software or network error, faa99 follows a policy of refunding the bet amount for that game. Claims for incorrect prizes displayed due to technical errors will not be honored.

VIP Program

The faa99 VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players advance through tiers based on their regular activity. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP benefits are available to active account holders only. VIP tier status may be reassessed in the event of prolonged inactivity or a breach of the Terms. faa99 reserves the right to change VIP program details at any time.
